School Family Association (SFA)
St. Peter School Mission Statement: Responding to God’s call, we the community of St. Peter’s School dedicate ourselves with love to the spiritual growth and academic excellence of our children to prepare them for the journey through this life to the Kingdom of Heaven.
St. Peter Catholic School strives to offer children the keys to the Kingdom of God for this life and the next. By teaching Jesus Christ, His Gospel message, and the traditions of the Catholic Church, we provide a Catholic culture in which children may grow and flourish in happiness.
St. Peter School offers daily Mass, weekly confessions, daily religion lessons, Sacramental preparation programs, and traditional devotions such as Eucharistic processions, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, Rosary prayers, Stations of the Cross, and May Crowning. Every room contains a crucifix and a statue of Mary. Every day begins and ends with prayer. The children are taught to reverence each other as precious and irreplaceable souls made in the image and likeness of God.
The school family is also committed to the academic, social, emotional, and physical growth of its children. Our children are taught to develop their abilities to the fullest so as to better know, love, and serve God and their neighbor. Our teachers are among the finest, and our standardized test scores rank among the highest.
St. Peter School serves children in grades Pre-K through eight. Our enrollment hovers each year around 500 children. With two sections per grade level, most of our classes have some available room for more children to come and learn in a Christ-centered school environment.
